When installing and using, the channel steel must be welded on the silo, and the air hammer installed above the channel steel can eliminate the hidden danger of the silo being damaged.
3. Precautions for
the installation and use of the pneumatic hammer After the pneumatic hammer is installed, please be sure to install it on the body to prevent the cable from falling off, otherwise it may fall and cause injury due to the impact of the blow.
1. If welding the reinforcing plate, please make sure that there is no gap between the reinforcing plate and the hopper, and reserve an exhaust port of about 10mm to facilitate the air discharge, so that the impact force can be fully conducted. In order to avoid damage to the hopper, be sure to weld a few more layers.
2. When the plate of the mounting part is relatively thin, please weld the reinforcement plate, otherwise the installation part may be damaged due to impact.
3. In order to prevent falling off, please use a cable to lift and fix the body, otherwise the bolt may loosen due to impact and fall off.
4. When fixing the body with the flange with bolts, install spring gaskets on the top and bottom, and tighten them strictly according to the tightening torque and check them regularly.
5. When installing the pneumatic hammer, please wear a safety helmet, safety shoes, and safety belts, and carry out under safe equipment.
6. Equip an air filter before piping, as it may cause malfunction if garbage or dust gets in.
7. Do not exceed the required striking force when using, otherwise it may cause damage to the silo or installation parts.
8. Please make sure that the striking surface of the mounting flange must be a solid plane. If necessary, weld stiffeners.
9. When striking continuously in a cycle, please keep the time setting for at least 1 second, if it is less than 1 second, malfunction may occur.
